About Heidi

I have been teaching Pilates since 2008 but undertook Comprehensive Teacher Training with Anna Wilson at the Pilates Centre in Dublin in 2017. Classical teacher training is a 600+ hour apprenticeship (no weekend courses here) meaning you study and observe in a working Pilates studio, something that was not available previously in Ireland.  After years of working in Mat and Reformer only studios I became frustrated with the lack of resourses to really help people so I decided to build my own studio.  So here I am now with my own small but perfectly formed studio.
